The core of Cabin Collective Studios is made up of eight Lifetime Members of The Actors Studio, an institution that has shaped generations of American acting, including Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, and Ellen Burstyn.
They are joined by three seasoned film professionals whose work spans global production, cinematography, and socially driven storytelling.
Together, the collective brings experience from network television, off-Broadway, international theater, major motion pictures, and award-winning independent film.

What happens at the cabin?
In 2025, Cabin Collective Studios gathered at Crystal Lake for a six-day creative retreat.
Two months before arrival, five scripts were workshopped and developed.
Over the course of six days, those scripts became films.
Written. Directed. Performed. Produced.
On site.
Actors became directors.
Writers became producers.
Every artist contributed across disciplines.
The result was five distinct films exploring love, grief, identity, and transformation, all created under the same conditions of urgency, trust, and shared authorship.
